Customer service
You can have your parcel delivered at home or to a DHL ServicePoint. In Belgium DHL eCommerce uses the post points of our partner bpost. With 2,800 points in Belgium, there is always one near you. Many of these points are convenience stores, supermarkets, or gas stations that are often open in the evenings and weekends as well.
No matter where you decide to have your parcel delivered, we’ll always send you a message when it has arrived. Take a valid ID when you go to collect your parcel. If you can’t pick it up immediately, we'll send you a reminder. If you haven’t picked up the parcel after fourteen days, it will be returned to the sender.
If your parcel has been delayed or has gone missing, contact the sender which could be the customer service department of the online store where you placed your order. They may ask DHL to investigate your case.
Go to track & trace on this website and pinpoint the location of your parcel. Easily trace your parcel with your postal code and the shipping number that you received from the sender or online store where you placed your order. That way, you're always up to date.

Attention: DHL Express parcels (with Waybill number below the barcode) cannot be returned via bpost. These need to be dropped off at a DHL Express Service Point.
Make sure that your return shipment is packed well and labelled clearly, so that we can deliver it to the sender in no time. Choose packaging of a similar size and fill any empty spaces. Make sure that you properly secure fragile products for the journey. Also make sure that you close the parcel with plenty of tape and remove old shipping labels. Finally stick the DHL return label on the top of the packaging and not across the edges or closings which prevents us from reading the barcode.
We deliver from Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The precise delivery times may differ and depend on the size of the parcel and the delivery address.
If you’re not at home when we come to deliver, then the courier will leave a card in your mailbox. This card will tell you when we'll try to deliver again or where you can collect your parcel. Check the Missed delivery page for more information.
