Where is my shipment?
You can easily track your shipment online with our track & trace tool – you'll know exactly where your parcel is and when it's arriving. All you need to do, is enter your shipment number and postal code. Did you get a notification about a parcel that’s on its way to you? Just click on the link in the e-mail to find out where your parcel is and when it will be delivered.

Not only does track & trace let you pinpoint your parcel online, but it also tells you your parcel's expected delivery time as soon as it's been logged in the system. If your parcel is delivered with your neighbor or at a DHL ServicePoint, the track & trace page will tell you the address.

Missed a delivery?
Whereever, whenever
If you missed a delivery, you will find a missed-delivery card in your mailbox which will give you more information about your shipment. Was your parcel delivered with your neighbor? Do you have to collect it at a bpost pick-up point or at a DHL RegionHub? Or will our driver return the next working day.

What should I do if my parcel is delayed or lost?
Contact the sender, which could be the customer service department of the online store where you placed your order. They may ask DHL to investigate your case.
How long will the DHL ServicePoint keep my parcel?
Your parcel will be available for 14 calendar days at a pickup point and for 5 calendar days at a parcel locker. Once your parcel has been delivered to the pickup point, you will receive an email from bpost, and after a few days, you will receive a first reminder. If the parcel is not picked up in time, it will be returned to the sender.
