- We will pick them up at your premises and deliver them to businesses and consumers across Europe.
- From a letterbox package to a maximum size of 120 x 60 x 50 cm.
- Your parcel weighs a minimum of 500 g and a maximum of 31 kg.
- Separate shipments? No need: we’ll pick up your parcels and pallets at the same time!
Shipping pallets
- Register your pallets via My DHL Portal, our API, or a customized solution.
- We will pick them up at your premises and deliver them to your business customers across Europe.
- We even exchange your europallets within the Benelux.
- The maximum dimensions of a pallet are 120 x 100 x 200 cm.
- We accept pallets up to 1,000 kg (within the Benelux) and 750 kg (to the rest of Europe).
- Separate shipments? No need: we’ll pick up your pallets and parcels at the same time!
