How does it work?
To ship with DHL eCommerce, you need a business account and a login for My DHL Portal. You can easily set this up via the registration button on this page and get started right away.

Create an account
Creating a business account is straightforward. You fill in your details, accept the terms, and pay one cent to verify your bank account. You will then receive an email with your account number, our rates, and a login for our shipping tool.

Start shipping
Once you have activated your login, you can immediately start using My DHL Portal. In just a few clicks, you can prepare a shipping label. Then book a pick-up and our driver will come to collect your shipment the next business day.

DHL picks up your shipmentÂ
DHL eCommerce will always come and pick up your shipment. No extra costs will be charged for this service. Do you absolutely want to drop off your parcel yourself? This is only possible at one of our 5 DHL RegionHubs. Please do not drop off parcels at a ServicePoint!

Monitor your shipments
With the extensive dashboards and reports in My DHL Portal, you maintain full control over your shipments. A question? Something is not going well? You can easily adjust by providing new instructions or logging a ticket for our customer service.
