If you'd like to plan a return shipment or a shipment for collection in My DHL Portal but can't print the shipping label, there is no need to panic. We have the 'Pickup with label' option for collections from your address or business returns from the Benelux. The courier will bring a completed shipping label at a small extra fee. The label can then be attached to the parcel immediately.
